In the winter time you can ski directly to our house. A bus station is also directly near the "Haus Wallis". 

Please be aware that the road from Lech to Warth is blocked during the winter time (December to May)!

We are looking foward for your booking request via email (booking@stayfritz.com), phone or fax.
In case you have to cancel your vacaction or you have to leave earlier, we try to give the room to other persons. However, if this is not possible, because the cancellation request was on short notice (3 weeks prior to the vacation), we have to charge you 70% of the total amount..
